At MyAmericanJackets.com, our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless and stress-free as possible from the moment you place your order to the day your new jacket arrives at your doorstep. Each piece is carefully produced, and we take every precaution to ensure a secure and timely delivery. Please read through the shipping details below before placing your order.


Order Processing & Production Time

Most of our jackets are custom-produced:

  • Standard Sizes: Manufacturing takes approximately 2 to 5 business days

  • Custom Sizes: Production may require 3 to 7 business days

Please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We ship globally to many countries, including the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and several others.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following:

  • Israel

  • Russia

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • P.O. Boxes


Order Tracking

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and tracking link so you can monitor the shipment in real-time.

Important Reminders

  • Double-check your address at checkout: Make sure all shipping and contact information is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

  • No changes post-dispatch: Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • Multiple delivery failures: Repeated failed delivery attempts could result in the package being returned or discarded by the courier.

  • We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping details or if the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address.
